Method

Pilot: Minimum 10ha, applying Mr Carbon (500x), Junior (500x), Junior Plus (500x) and Baby (500x) on a 4-day soil drenching and foliar spray regime.
Micro-Nutrients Deficiency: Compensated by Junior/Junior Plus for complete plant nutrition.
Performance Matrix:
Enlarged leave size, brix value and elevated flavornoids development.

Quality Check

Elevate brix value from 3.2 to 8.5% at harvest, against organic production as baseline.

ESL Quantification

By implementing internal ISO16679 method for evaluation of ESL, cost savings due to spoilage is cascaded across the entire value chain.

Heat Stress Protection

Naturally elevated sugar content (+4g/100g), eliminating the risk of instant wilt when temperature rises above 30°C (A). At 35°C (B), the leafy remains strong and succulent.
